After the service agreement is signed, Svolta issues an initial invoice through Stripe.

Clients are responsible for completing permitted exports and retaining necessary business records before access ends.

Svolta does not guarantee continued access to client information or system functionality after a subscription ends.

The monthly subscription includes access to the configured AI Receptionist™ and ongoing service support.

Phone numbers, calling, AI voice usage, and other applicable telecommunications or third-party costs may be billed separately as described in Section 7.

AI Limitations

The AI Receptionist™ supports initial call handling and information collection.

It does not replace the professional judgment, expertise, legal responsibilities, or personal relationships of a licensed real estate agent.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information and approving the responses, instructions, boundaries, and call-handling preferences used to configure their receptionist.

Call Recording and Consent

Calls handled by the Svolta AI Receptionist™ are recorded, transcribed, and summarized.

Clients must comply with applicable laws concerning call recording, monitoring, AI disclosures, telecommunications, and consent.

Svolta may assist with configuring appropriate call greetings and disclosures. Clients remain responsible for ensuring their use of the service meets applicable legal requirements.

Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained according to the policies and technical capabilities of the third-party platforms used to provide the service.

Svolta does not currently specify a fixed retention or deletion period for these records.

Active Subscription Requirement

The Svolta AI Receptionist™ requires an active paid subscription.

When the subscription ends, the receptionist and its associated functionality will cease operating.

The service does not continue operating independently after cancellation.

The AI Receptionist™ may be used independently or connected to the Svolta Leads Machine™, depending on the client's service arrangements.

6. Subscription Billing, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

The Svolta Leads Machine™ and Svolta AI Receptionist™ are month-to-month subscription services.

There are no long-term subscription commitments or required advance cancellation notice periods.

Signed Service Agreement

Before services begin, clients must accept a written service agreement setting out the selected service, scope of work, applicable fees, recurring monthly charges, billing schedule, cancellation arrangements, and other relevant obligations.

Initial Invoice Through Stripe

After the agreement is signed, Svolta issues an initial invoice through Stripe for the applicable agreed charges.

The initial invoice may include the one-time setup fee and other charges identified in the service agreement.

Any initial subscription charge and the date on which monthly recurring billing begins will be disclosed in the service agreement and billing arrangements.

Payment of the initial invoice alone does not authorize additional charges beyond those separately agreed to by the client.

Automatic Monthly Payments

Following the initial invoice, monthly subscription fees are automatically charged through Stripe using a payment method the client has authorized for recurring payments.

The applicable recurring amount and billing frequency will be disclosed before the client provides authorization.

By accepting the applicable recurring-payment arrangements, the client authorizes Svolta Marketing Solutions, LLC, through Stripe, to charge the agreed monthly subscription fee on each scheduled billing date until the subscription is canceled.

Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information.

Svolta may issue invoices, receipts, payment reminders, or billing notices through Stripe or related systems.

Charges for separately authorized usage-based services are addressed in Section 7.

Cancel Anytime

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time without a required advance notice period.

To cancel, email:

[email protected]

Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled renewal will prevent further monthly subscription renewal charges, subject to applicable law and payment processing that has already begun.

Svolta will process cancellation requests in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.

Clients will retain access to their subscribed service through the end of the current paid billing period, provided the account remains in good standing.

Once that period ends, access to and operation of the canceled service and its connected functionality will cease.

There is no separate subscription cancellation fee.

Cancellation does not eliminate responsibility for separately authorized charges already incurred, including usage-based or third-party charges that may be billed after the subscription ends.

Svolta Leads Machine™ clients may export their contact information before their access ends.

Nothing in these Terms restricts cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds After Cancellation

Subscription fees and setup fees are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Svolta in writing.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle a client to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.

Failed or Overdue Payments

If an authorized payment cannot be processed, Svolta or Stripe may notify the client and request updated payment information.

Payment retries may occur according to the payment arrangements authorized by the client and the applicable billing configuration.

Failure to pay required charges may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to the service agreement and applicable law.

Subscription Price Changes

Svolta may change subscription pricing from time to time.

Changes affecting existing clients will be disclosed and implemented according to applicable agreements and legal notice requirements.

7. Additional Usage and Third-Party Charges

Svolta's monthly subscription fees cover the services and functionality expressly included in the client's selected plan.

Certain optional services, third-party providers, and usage-based activities may incur additional charges.

These may include:

Domain registration and renewal

IDX services

Telephone numbers and related services

Incoming and outgoing telephone calls

SMS and MMS messaging

A2P registration and carrier-related fees

AI voice usage

Optional third-party integrations

Other separately authorized third-party or usage-based services

Standard Email Sending

Standard email sending for ordinary business use is included with the Svolta Leads Machine™ monthly subscription.

Svolta does not currently charge clients separately for ordinary standard email sending under this offering.

Any future changes to included email services, usage allowances, or applicable charges will be disclosed and implemented according to the client's agreement and applicable law.

Variable Usage Charges

Third-party and usage-based costs vary depending on the services enabled, provider pricing, and actual client activity.

Because usage levels vary, Svolta cannot predict the exact amount of these charges in advance.

Applicable rates, billing methods, and relevant service requirements will be explained during setup and before the client authorizes the applicable paid feature or usage-based billing.

Clients are responsible for separately disclosed and authorized usage-based charges associated with their selected services.

Separately authorized charges may be invoiced or processed through Stripe or an applicable third-party service, according to the agreed billing arrangements.

Payment of an initial invoice or authorization of the standard monthly subscription fee does not, by itself, authorize unspecified additional charges.

Third-party providers may change their rates, availability, or technical requirements.

Changes affecting client charges will be handled according to applicable agreements, authorization requirements, and law.

8. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Prices for Svolta products and services are displayed on the applicable sales pages, digital product checkout pages, invoices, order forms, or service agreements.

Clients agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charges disclosed and accepted when purchasing or enrolling.

Stripe Payment Processing

Svolta Marketing Solutions, LLC uses Stripe to issue invoices and process payments for the Svolta Leads Machine™ and Svolta AI Receptionist™.

Stripe may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions, including billing information, payment method details, and transaction records.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe's applicable terms, security practices, and privacy policy.

Clients will receive an initial Stripe invoice after accepting their service agreement.

Subsequent monthly subscription payments are automatically processed through Stripe after appropriate recurring-payment authorization has been provided.

Svolta may receive invoice information, payment confirmations, transaction identifiers, payment status, and related records necessary to administer client accounts.
