We are Randy and Yvonne Hoyt, founders of Svolta Marketing Solutions, systems builders, certified coaches, authors, and licensed real estate referral agents.
After years in real estate, leadership, coaching, marketing, systems, and business ownership, we saw firsthand that most business chaos is not a sign you do not have what it takes. It is usually a clarity, follow-through, or systems problem.
We know this because we lived it. Early in our real estate careers, we invested around $47,000 in coaching, tools, and training trying to build the business we were told we should have. We took the classes. We followed the advice. We worked hard. But the pieces never quite came together.
What we eventually realized was that more tactics were never the answer. We needed a foundation that belonged to us, not one that depended entirely on our brokerage, the market, or the latest lead source.
